What do guests need to use AudioFetch?
Guests need their own smartphone, headphones or earbuds, and the free AudioFetch app. They scan your QR code, open the app, and enter the channel shown for the TV they want to hear.
Is there a monthly fee?
There is no monthly fee for guests to listen. AudioFetch is a one-time hardware solution for your restaurant, and the app is free for your guests to install and use.
Can I promote my sushi specials in the app?
Yes. Your AudioFetch app experience can feature happy hour, daily sushi specials, seasonal menus, events, and other offers while guests are already listening at the table.
Will it work with multiple TVs?
Yes. AudioFetch Express can stream audio from up to two TVs. If you need more than 2 channels, you can either add additional AudioFetch Express devices as your needs grow, or consider the AudioFetch Signature, our expandable system that starts with 4 audio channels and can scale up to 512 channels.
